Refund policy

At Teeela, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
•    The product must be in its original condition as received.
•    The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
•    Used products cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
•    A return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
•    A pickup and/or restocking fee may apply depending on the case.
The product will be collected within up to 72 hours from the date the return request is submitted.
Replacement or refund will be processed after the product has been inspected by the technical team and confirmed to meet the return eligibility requirements.
Refund processing time is as follows:
•    Up to 5 working days within Kuwait
•    Up to 7 working days within GCC countries
Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment once the return has been approved.
